Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing and claims processing.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and insurance verification to ensure accurate claim submissions.
- Utilize robust communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders regarding account status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other designated systems.
