Position: Export Logistics - Assistant Manager

Education: Graduate

Location: Tapukada, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Experience : 2-5 years

Salary Budget: 5.00 LPA - 7.00 LPA

Type: Full-time | On-site

Working Days -6 days (9:00 am- 6 pm)

Skills: MUST Have good knowledge of Export & Import documentation, container planning, Export logistics, All Export rules and compliances, CHA handling, Independent working

Key Responsibilities:

- Closely working with Planning Department for Containers Planning for Export
- Handling Booking with Lines and Freight Forwarders
- Handling end-to-end export logistics and shipment coordination
- Preparation and verification of export documentation
- Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics partners
- Customs clearance and shipment follow-up




- Coordination for international shipments,
- Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
- Managing freight quotations and logistics costs
- Ensuring compliance with applicable export and shipping requirements
- Coordination with internal commercial, procurement, and regulatory teams

Candidate Expectations:

- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international logistics
- Practical experience dealing with CHA and freight forwarders
- Solid execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage shipments from dispatch planning through final execution
