Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Automation with solid expertise in test automation across Web, Mobile, and API platforms. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, improving existing automation setups, driving AI-assisted testing strategies, and leading a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Technical Leadership

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Develop automation scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Automate Web, Android/iOS Mobile, and API testing.
- Use KaneAI and AI-based testing tools to improve test planning and automation efficiency.
- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute tests using cloud platforms such as LambdaTest.
- Identify and resolve complex automation challenges including OTP and reCAPTCHA-based flows.
- Improve existing frameworks and ensure reliable, reusable, and non-flaky automation.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA Automation Engineers.
- Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and monitor delivery timelines.




- Establish automation best practices and improve team productivity.
- Define and track metrics for test coverage, automation efficiency, and defect quality.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong experience across Web, Mobile, and API testing.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript.
- API automation using REST Assured, Postman/Newman.
- Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, OAuth, and JWT.
- Strong database knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
- Experience leading or mentoring QA Automation teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI / AI-assisted testing.
- KaneAI / Copilot experience.
- Experience with LambdaTest or similar cloud testing platforms.
- Experience with native/hybrid mobile automation.
- Experience with complex integrated systems and automation optimization.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
