STORE MANAGER FOOTWEAR STORE

Location: Budigere, Bengaluru

Work with leading brands: Adidas, ASICS, Nike, Puma, Skechers & Crocs

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can lead the team, grow sales and take complete responsibility for daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets
- Lead, motivate and train the sales team
- Set and track individual staff sales targets
- Help the team close customers and increase bill value
- Manage stock, inventory and product displays
- Ensure correct billing, cash and digital payments
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and difficult situations
- Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily routines
- Ensure the store is clean, organised and ready for business
- Send regular sales and stock reports to management

SALES BONUS: Additional incentive for driving high-value bills of 10,000 and above.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of retail experience preferred
- Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager experience preferred
- Footwear, fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail experience is a big advantage
- Strong in sales and team management
- Comfortable working with targets
- Valuable customer handling skills
- Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge
- English + Hindi preferred; Kannada is an advantage
- Willing to work weekends and retail shifts
