Sales Support: Telesales & backend support for franchise network.
Telecaller: Call existing clients to share updates & offers.
Coordinate order processing, inventory & sales reports.
Maintain CRM databases & follow up with channel partners.

Required Candidate profile

Freshers or 1-2 yrs exp in Telesales, Customer Relationship or Sales Support.
Positive Hindi & basic English communication skills.
Knowledge of Pharma/FMCG sector & basic MS Excel is preferred.
