Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production plans and schedule based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
- Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Quality, Design) for smooth execution of production plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by monitoring progress against schedule and taking corrective action as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules using MS Office tools like Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to material availability, machine capacity utilization, and labor allocation.
