Job description
- Tele-counselling & in-person counselling for students and shortlisting suitable USA/UK/Ireland universities based on their profile.
- Coordinating with universities and backend teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conducting regular follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Building robust student relationships by addressing queries and guiding them on university options & career paths.
- Participating in university events and coordinating student appointments for university visits.
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance to senior managers.
- Supporting execution of activity calendars to achieve lead and conversion targets.
- Meeting monthly targets within deadlines and identifying new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborating with the office team and contributing to a positive work culture.
