- Develop new markets for plastic recycling products (HDPE, LDPE, PPE) through sales and marketing efforts.
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with them to increase product demand.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for business growth.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development Management in the Plastics Industry.
- B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (preferably).
- Robust understanding of HDPE, LDPE, PPE materials and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
