Roles and Responsibilities :

- Supervise production activities during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily production targets.

- Lead and manage production operators, permanent and contract workers.

- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer specifications.

- Monitor production performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company policies.

- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

- Maintain production records, reports, and shift handovers.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve productivity.

- Train, motivate, and develop production staff.

- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and company resources.





Job Requirements :

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 5–7 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience in Production Operations and Shift Management.

- Experience with Food Extrusion Technology is mandatory.

- Maddox, American Extrusion and Schaaf Extruder Machine experienced as first preference.

- Robust knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards.

- Experience in production planning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people management skills.

- Willingness to work Day/Night Shifts.
