Relevant Candidate Profile:

Technical Understanding

- Deep knowledge of water distribution, Pipeline construction, and wastewater systems
- Familiarity with water utility asset management, network planning, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Deep Understanding of non-revenue water (NRW) reduction, network performance, and capital investment planning
- Experience with utility tariff structures, benchmarking, and performance metrics is a plus

Digital Capabilities

- Working knowledge of digital tools used in contemporary utility management (SCADA, GIS, asset management software)
- Comfort with data analysis and digital reporting tools to support decision-making
- Awareness of emerging digital trends in the sector is an advantage
- IBM Maximo exposure is a plus.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and government officials
- Professional demeanour with the ability to represent the organization credibly in client-facing settings
