Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on injection molds to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot issues with mold design, material selection, or manufacturing processes to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recent product designs that meet customer requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections of molds to identify potential defects or wear patterns, making recommendations for repairs or replacement as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in injection moulding industry.
- Strong understanding of mold design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing complex parts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
