Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and Service Catalog.
- Lead solution design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Define enterprise integration architecture and standards.
- Establish CMDB governance and data-quality standards.
- Design and implement Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams.




- Define platform standards, security controls and upgrade strategies.
- Drive platform performance, scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with customer leadership and key stakeholders.
