Job Description Commercial Assistant (Strategic Sourcing)

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar
Experience: 02-04 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Role Summary:

Support strategic sourcing and procurement activities by managing PR/PO creation in SAP, vendor documentation, raw material amendments, spend analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage PRs/POs in SAP.
- Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance records.
- Process RM amendments and maintain procurement data.
- Support spend analysis, reporting, and sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for timely execution.
- Ensure accuracy of commercial and procurement records.

Skills & Knowledge

- SAP knowledge (PR/PO processing)




- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- MS Excel proficiency
- Good communication and coordination skills
