Golang Full Stack Developer

What you'll do:

- Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the CX agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies, from design through production deployment.

- Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations that extend platform capabilities and accelerate delivery.

- Partner with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions to complex compliance and CX problems.

- Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services leveraging event-driven architectures, caching, load balancing, and observability tooling across AWS and Kubernetes.

- Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices to raise the overall quality bar for the team.

Required Skills and Experience:





- 4+ years of skilled software engineering experience building web applications with at least one modern backend language (Golang, Python, Java, or similar) and a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar).

- Experience working with distributed systems concepts such as caching, event-driven architectures, or API integrations.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation, design proposals, or code reviews.

- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
