Role & responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other channels.

* Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.

* Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, offer process, and onboarding.

* Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and recruitment TAT.

* Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical engineering positions.

* Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.

* Coordinate training and development programs.

* Support induction and onboarding initiatives.

* Assist in employee feedback, engagement surveys, and HR development activities.





* Support HR process improvement and OD-related projects.

Preferred candidate profile

* MBA/PGDM HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

* 2 to 7 years of experience, preferably in engineering/manufacturing recruitment.

* Strong understanding of technical/engineering hiring.

* Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn will be an advantage.

* Candidates with exposure to training, employee engagement, and OD activities are preferred.
