We are looking for a skilled Accessibility Tester to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have experience in accessibility testing and be able to ensure that our products meet the required standards.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough accessibility testing of our products to identify and report any issues.
- Develop and implement effective accessibility testing strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and design, to resolve accessibility-related issues.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving product accessibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility trends and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
- Participate in developing and implementing accessibility guidelines and standards.

Job Requirements




- Strong understanding of accessibility principles and regulations, including ADA and WCAG 2.1.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify complex issues.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision and strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience working with web-based applications.
