Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on beauty products, skincare routines, and personalized recommendations to customers.
- Manage counter sales by maintaining inventory levels, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop solid relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and build loyalty through exceptional service.
- Maintain a visually appealing store display and ensure all merchandise is properly stocked.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (beauty & personal care).
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, luxury items such as apparel or fashion accessories.
- Excellent showroom sales skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
