ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Robust understanding of automotive finishes, paint and coating application, and the equipment used in the paint process.
- Responsible for daily Paint Shop production as per production plan and targets.
- Manage Pre-Treatment, E-Coat, Primer, Sealer, Paint Booth, Oven and Top Coat processes.
- Monitor process parameters, production output, OEE, cycle time, rejection and rework.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Principles is a plus.
