React Developer (5-7 Years Experience)-positions Required Skills • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Context API, and Redux Toolkit. • Architect component-driven solutions and enterprise design systems following modern frontend best practices and design patterns. • Build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces while collaborating closely with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and architects. • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs/ GraphQL services, and microservice-based architectures, including asynchronous data handling, caching, and error management. • Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, bundle size, and cross-browser compatibility.



• Develop and maintain automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and modern testing frameworks. • Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering with AI-assisted software development using GitHub Copilot/ Cursor AI/ Claude Code/ Windsurf for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation. • Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework. Nice to have skills • Familiarity with Harness/Spec driven development, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management. • Experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into frontend applications is an advantage. • Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture is a plus. • Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Experience with React 18/19 and up-to-date React patterns
