Eligibility & Experience

LL.B. / B.L. degree from a recognized university.

Enrolled with the Bar Council.

Minimum 2 years of practical litigation experience is mandatory.

Experience in independently handling and dealing with cases before courts.

Candidates with experience in Telangana High Court and District Courts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle and manage assigned cases.

Attend court proceedings and make effective submissions.

Draft legal notices, pleadings, counters, affidavits, bail applications, criminal petitions and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare case-law citations.

Handle civil, criminal and other litigation matters.

Manage case files, filing procedures, hearing dates and case follow-ups.

Liaise with clients,



opposing counsel and court staff.

Provide regular updates on case progress and assist in developing litigation strategies.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of civil and criminal laws.

Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

Practical knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements.

Ability to handle cases responsibly with minimal supervision.

Valuable communication skills in Telugu and English.

Professional conduct, punctuality and commitment to the practice of law.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
