Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to support our sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing technical quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle B2B customer enquiries and understand technical requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery, and technical details.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchase, and Engineering teams.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers for business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry status, quotations,



and sales reports.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field..
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering company.
- Good technical understanding and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specifications is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
