Role & responsibilities
1. To build cooperative partnerships and alliances, oversee company needs, handle daily business requirements.
2. Quantity estimation of formwork and scaffolding from drawings.
3. Prepare bill of materials for ordering, planning and movement of formwork and optimising execution at site.
4. Responsible for maintaining the materials stock taking, daily resource/ manpower allocation.
5. Coordinate with site engineers and ensure work front availability for follow-on trades.
6. Manage vendors, suppliers & subcontractors.
