Position : Senior Legal Associate

Location : BKC in Mumbai

Education : LLB

Experience : 3 years for Solicitor / 5 years for Advocate

Required Candidate Profile :

1. In a reputed corporate or property law firm having experience in land deals, structuring transactions, having positive drafting skills and ability to independently draft and vet development agreement, leave and license agreement, conveyance, agreement for sale, etc.
2. Having sharp commercial acumen and communication skills.
3. Having experience in conducting legal due diligence and conversant with property laws, corporate laws and FDI regulations.
4. Knowledge of RERA & IBC will be added qualification.

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Timings : Monday to Friday - 11 am to 8 pm

Saturday - 11 am to 4 pm

Package : 20.00 LPA to 30.00 LPA (Negotiable)
