We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our Home Medical Equipment Services (DME) team in Ahmedabad.

Job Details

- Job Title: Junior Executive Home Medical Equipment Services
- Department: DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
- Location: BopalAmbli Road, Ahmedabad
- Experience: 0–3 Years
- Education: B.Sc. / B.Com / BCA or any Graduate
- Workdays: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
- Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

For Freshers

- Review, understand, and process work-related documents accurately.
- Monitor emails and MS Teams communications and respond promptly.
- Maintain and update daily productivity records in company systems.
- Organize, manage, and maintain data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.
- Adapt to new processes and take up additional responsibilities as required.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with experience in international KPO/BPO operations or US Healthcare will have an added advantage.

- Apply basic knowledge of US Healthcare terminology, workflows, and payer structures.
- Verify insurance details through portals related to Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Health Plans, and Medicare Advantage.
- Work with Electronic Health Records (EHR)



systems and insurance payer portals.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Support occasional weekend work during high-volume periods, with applicable compensation as per company policy.
- Prior experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations will be an advantage.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
