Job Description and Role and responsibility with qualifications required Job Summary:
The Client Service Manager / Executive will
be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing
client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of retail and
commercial interior projects. This dual-role professional will act as the
bridge between clients and internal teamsensuring smooth
communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction while also
expanding the company's footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
1. Serve as the single point of contact for clients during pre-sales
and project execution.
2. Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation,
procurement, project execution) to ensure client requirements
are met.
3.Monitor project progress and update clients regularly on
timelines, changes, and deliverables.




4.Resolve any client concerns, escalations, or change requests
promptly and professionally.
5.Gather client feedback and work towards improving client
experience and retention.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Interior Design, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. 6 years of experience in client servicing in interior fit-outs, retail projects, or architecture industry.
3. Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience working with retail clients, architects, real estate
developers, or brand managers.
5.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client
expectations simultaneously.
6.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and visiting
client or site locations when required.
7.Knowledge of fit-out timelines, material selections, and basic
interior execution is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
1.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
2.Understanding of commercial negotiations and contract terms.
3.Strong network of industry contacts (especially in retail or F&B;
sectors).
4.Creative thinking and problem-solving ability for client-specific
challenges.
