As an Associate Consultant - Azure Microsoft 365 Support, you will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests in line with customer expectations and service level agreements. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers across Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms while contributing to service excellence and operational success.

Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and escalations related to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Azure-related technical issues and service requests.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online environments.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support Azure services including Monitoring, Log Analytics, Backup, Networking, and platform administration.
- Drive customer communication during critical incidents and provide timely updates throughout the resolution lifecycle.




- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical documentation, and continuous service improvement activities.
- Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with established ITIL processes and customer SLAs.

Requirements

- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments in a customer-facing technical role.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting Azure services including Monitoring, Log Analytics, Backup, and Networking.
- Understanding of identity and access management, authentication, cloud security, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and core infrastructure technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team.
