Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and skilled manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related field (JLPT N2 level).
- Proficiency in Japanese language (spoken & written) is required.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with international customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
