Job Summary

We are looking for a Delegate Relations Executive to help recruit senior professionals and decision-makers to attend ISMG's high-profile events, summits, and webinars. In this role, you'll connect directly with C-Level executives and senior leaders in the B2B technology and cybersecurity sectors, ensuring they are engaged and excited to participate.

Responsibilities

- Reach out to C-Level and senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG's events, webinars, and summits.
- Clearly communicate event details, answer questions, and highlight the value of participation.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and registration targets.
- Guide and support delegates through the event registration process to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep accurate records of outreach and attendee details in ISMG's CRM system.




- Drive attendance on the day of the event by confirming and following up with registered delegates.

What You Bring to the Table

- 1-2 years of experience in delegate recruitment, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in engaging senior professionals.
- Polite, professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily/weekly targets.
- A positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
