- Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in product management roles (complex SaaS or platform environments preferred).
- Excellent technical writing skills (requirements, user stories, and success metrics) and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile workflows and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SAFe, etc).
- Experience working within Agile trains (or squads) model across product streams.
- Solid ability to partner with UX and Engineering to define scope and manage delivery.
- Data-driven mindset, able to define and measure product outcomes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. Humble, curious, and organized approach to teamwork.
- Experience working in distributed teams and across time zones.
- A collaborative and co-ownership mindset.
- AI literacy or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for product operations is an asset.
