- Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) lifecycle development processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end Business Intelligence lifecycle development processes, including capturing business requirement definitions (BRD), creating functional requirement definitions (FRD), and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Project manage Data, BI & Analytics related tasks within the project, providing status reports, participating in requirement gathering sessions, and overseeing UAT activities
- Serve as a liaison between the client and project team,



providing support and guidance during the project lifecycle, particularly during UAT cycles
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and address issues and challenges throughout the project
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and business processes
- Proficient in databases and scripting languages to support data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

- Master of Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles, with a focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Robust project management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate tasks within a project team
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Eagerness to take on challenges and grow both personally and professionally
- Proficiency in databases and scripting languages, such as SQL, Python, or R, to support data analysis and reporting tasks.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s (or) Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
