Job Responsibilities:

- Generate life insurance business through assigned sales channels.
- For Agency Channel, recruit, onboard, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- For Direct Channel, acquire customers through leads, references, calling, networking, and market visits.
- For Banca Channel, develop business through bank branches and maintain relationships with bank staff.
- For Partner Channel, manage and develop relationships with assigned partners to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Generate and follow up on leads to improve conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel-partner relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups,



and business reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide post-sales support and coordinate for customer servicing.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Agency, Direct Sales, Bancassurance, Partner Channel, or related sales roles.
- Solid communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer acquisition and business development skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with customers, advisors, banks, or business partners.
- Candidates with relevant insurance sales experience and an existing network will be preferred.
