Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on housing loan products, including home loans and LAP loans.
- Conduct product training sessions to educate team members on new features, perks, and processes related to these products.
- Analyze training needs of the organization and develop customized training solutions to address them effectively.
- Monitor trainee performance after completion of the program and provide feedback to improve future trainings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
- Strong understanding of housing loan and LAP loan products, including their features, benefits, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences through presentations and interactive activities.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
