Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring proper waste disposal. The Housekeeping Associate will manage laundry tasks such as collecting, sorting, and delivering linens and guest laundry, while following property procedures and safety guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reporting maintenance issues, restocking housekeeping supplies, and preparing rooms according to hotel standards and guest preferences.



The role also involves interacting courteously with guests and team members, supporting special events or high-occupancy days, and participating in training sessions to maintain consistent service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laundry skills, including handling linens, guest garments, and operating basic laundry equipment safely.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to respond to guest requests politely and coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage room cleaning schedules, inventory of supplies, and task priorities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning to follow hotel standards, safety protocols, and hygiene practices.
- Relevant qualifications include prior housekeeping or hospitality experience, basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
