Enterprise Browser / Endpoint / EUC Engineer – you will engineer, operate, automate, and improve enterprise browser and endpoint platforms across Windows, ChromeOS, Citrix/VDI, and digital workplace environments. The role focuses on platform reliability, automation, application compatibility, identity/authentication, observability, and large-scale production troubleshooting.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise Browser, Endpoint, EUC, Windows, Citrix/VDI, or Digital Workplace engineering.
• Robust hands-on experience with Chrome, Edge, Chromium, ChromeOS, Chrome Enterprise, Google Admin Console, and Chrome Browser Cloud Management (CBCM).
• Experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Endpoint Management, Citrix/VDI, FSLogix, profile management, and golden images.
• Manage browser GPOs, enterprise extensions, policies, release rings, upgrades, application compatibility, canary rollouts, and rollback.
• Troubleshoot SAML/OIDC, SSO, ADFS, Entra ID,
certificates/TLS, proxy/PAC, DNS, networking, browser, and application issues.
• Hands-on troubleshooting using Procmon, Sysinternals, HAR, DevTools, Fiddler, and Wireshark.
• Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, ServiceNow/RPA, and CI/CD, including health checks and self-healing workflows.
• Apply SRE practices including observability, telemetry, monitoring, SLI/SLO, incident response, RCA, TOIL reduction, and reliability improvement.
• Handle P1/P2 and mass-impact incidents, drive service restoration, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Identity, Network, Security, Application, Infrastructure, EUC, and SRE/DevOps teams to improve platform security, reliability, automation, and end-user experience.
