Job Description

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT courses and career opportunities.

- Explain course details, training modules, fees, certifications, and placement assistance.

- Handle student inquiries through calls, Whats App, emails, and walk-ins.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.

- Understand students' educational backgrounds and recommend suitable courses.

- Maintain student inquiry records, follow-ups, and admission details in CRM.

- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth student onboarding.

- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.

- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in IT training or EdTech.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Good understanding of IT courses such as Cloud Computing, Networking, Data Analytics,



Data Science, Python, Full Stack Development, and Cybersecurity.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

- Solid lead conversion and follow-up skills.

- Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Requirements
