Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust expertise in SWIFT Payments, Treasury Management, and Cash Management. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on payment transformation initiatives, treasury operations, banking processes, and UAT activities from a business perspective. This is an Individual Contributor role requiring strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SWIFT payments and treasury management processes.
- Support implementation and enhancement of payment capabilities across banking and treasury platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to define and validate solutions.
- Drive requirement workshops, gap analysis, process mapping, and business process improvements.
- Manage and coordinate UAT planning, test scenarios, execution, and defect tracking.
- Support initiatives related to cash management, liquidity management, payment processing, and treasury operations.
- Participate in payment transformation programs, including migration from manual payment processes to SWIFT-enabled payment frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with banking and treasury operational standards and controls.

Mandatory Skills





- Strong experience in SWIFT Payments.
- Extensive exposure to Treasury Management.
- Experience in Cash Management, Liquidity Management, and Banking Operations.
- Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Experience in UAT Planning, Test Execution, and Validation.
- Knowledge of payment processing and treasury workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting payment modernization or payment transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to migration from manual payment processes to automated/SWIFT-based payment systems.
- Experience with FIS Treasury Management solutions is a strong advantage.

Important Note

- Treasury Management experience is mandatory.
- Banking domain experience alone is not sufficient.
- Candidates with only UAT/Testing backgrounds without significant Business Analyst experience will not be considered.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience are essential.
