Position: Sr. Executive – MEPF

Job Location: Swan Lake

Job Description

- Review and validate MEPF designs as per project requirements, applicable codes and standards.

- Coordinate with architectural, structural and interior teams for seamless system integration.

- Supervise MEPF installations and ensure adherence to design, quality and safety standards.

- Resolve technical issues and lead engineering discussions at site.

- Coordinate with MEPF contractors and vendors for timely execution and material delivery.

- Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning activities.

- Maintain as-built drawings, test reports and other project documentation.

Desired Candidate

- Education Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant MEPF experience.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Robust project management and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and ERP systems.

- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
