Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of restaurant operation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a dedicated team. Assistant Restaurant Manager will encompass various aspects, including team management, customer service, financial performance, and adherence to company standards. Manage the Restaurant operations, - Maintain exceptional levels of customer service. Recruit, manage and develop the Restaurant team. - Develop menus with other members of F&B; team to ensure that this is done in line with the budgeted guidelines.Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.ProfileRequirements: - Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
