Description We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of International Voice and Chat Process in our Sales and Technical Support team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or related fields who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our international clientele. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with customers. Provide detailed product information and assist customers with inquiries regarding sales and technical support. Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.



Robust problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others. Basic technical knowledge related to the products/services being offered.
