System Setup & Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware for new and existing users User Support: Providing prompt, professional technical support via telephone, email, or in-person. Ticketing & Documentation: Managing support requests via IT service desk systems, documenting issues, and maintaining inventory. Networking: Monitoring network connections to ensure stability. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: Robust understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS, networking principles, and remote troubleshooting tools (e.G., TeamViewer). Experience: Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is typically required. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Education: A bachelor's or associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
