Role: Chat Support Work Location: Gurugram Duration: 6 months (Contract, may extend based on business needs) Notice period preferred: Immediate to 30 Days Work model: 5-day work week Shifts : Rotational shifts (Night) What we are looking for : We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to deliver high-quality support through digital chat platforms This role requires robust written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS) Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously Excellent written communication and typing accuracy Client will provide : - Two-way cabs with nodal points within 40km radius Incentives 1 month training at Client site and afterwards will be moved to production. NOTE : Meals are not provided
