Key Responsibilities Work on US Healthcare processes using the FACETS platform. Handle healthcare transactions and process activities as per business requirements and SOPs. Perform accurate data entry, validation, maintenance, and processing within FACETS. Review and resolve process-related discrepancies and exceptions. Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets. Follow HIPAA, client guidelines, and process compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations. Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation. Required Skills Mandatory: Hands-on experience in FACETS – US Healthcare. Strong understanding of US Healthcare processes. Positive analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in US shifts. Ability to work from office as per business requirements. Experience Band SPE: 1.6–4 years of relevant experience. SME: 4.5–6 years of relevant experience. Immediate joiners only.
