Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be adept at gathering and interpreting business requirements to drive project success. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare detailed documentation of business processes and data flows. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed projects. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. Support the implementation of new systems and processes.



Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools. Robust understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
