We are searching for a candidate with experience in transport fuels such as gasoline and diesel. Fuel manufacturing, product development, and/or customer application experience will be prioritized. This role involves problem solving, decision making, risk management, collaboration (both internally and externally), assessing compliance against regulations and standards, and identifying opportunities to lower costs and increase profitability.Candidates must have solid communication skills, be willing to occasionally travel both internally and overseas, and work outside of core hours, when necessary,



to collaborate with a global team.What you will doConduct in-depth technical assessments to solve refinery and/or field quality issuesProvide understanding and technical knowledge of fuel products and their applications to support ExxonMobil business objectiveSupport global improvement initiatives to help improve the delivery of superior performing fuel products to customersRepresent ExxonMobil in external interactions with industry standardization groups, technical forums and joint industry research programsInterface with third parties to ensure understanding of product component performance, customer needs and supplier trendsReview and summarize extensive, complex regulatory language and provide technical guidance on fuel products impactsSupporting the energy transition by monitoring developments in future powertrain technologies and fuelsAbout YouRequired Skills and qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldExperience in fuel applications and fuel technologyStrong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills enabling effective interactions with business partners and industry associationsFluent English (written and spoken)Minimum 3 years of work experience required for candidate with bachelor’s or master’s degree, while zero experience can be considered for PhD candidates.Independent,
