We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a robust track record in high-volume, complex hiring within a multinational organization. This role partners closely with senior leaders to deliver scalable talent solutions while maintaining high quality, speed, and compliance across regions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring mandatesPartner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and leadership capability needsDevelop and execute scalable sourcing strategies across multiple markets, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, talent pipelining, and market intelligenceManage high requisition volumes without compromising candidate experience or hiring qualityAssess leadership, functional, and cultural fit using structured interviews and data-driven selection approachesAct as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive benchmarkingCollaborate with HR, CoEs, and regional TA teams to ensure alignment with global hiring policies, compliance, and DEI commitmentsDrive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire,
