audit and onshore and offshore Operations teamsResponsible for query resolution on all aspects of Loan booking/ settlement/maintenanceBe involved in conducting operational review of trade and loan related documentation and support the banks initiatives to meet strategic goals including process automation/ straight through processing/ control initiativesIdentify and escalate open issues to team managerProvide written commentary on outstanding open issuesCollate regular reports for monitoring purposesDaily monitoring of WIP (Work in Process) and control reports ensuring that items are properly identified and cleared up in a timely mannerCash matching on internal systemsReview and update procedures to ensure efficiency in training and transaction processingParticipate in departmental projects and initiatives which involve UAT testingCrosstrain with other departments for work efficiencies and knowledge enhancementsAdherent to operational controls including legal and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and security of the Bank’s assetsUnderstand business and regulatory requirements and ensure functions are being performed in those requirementsOther ad-hoc requests as needed assigned by managementKnowledge of Risk-Free Rates (SONIA, SOFR)Your skills and experienceExpertise in Loan IQ system & thorough knowledge on wires, nostros and fund flow between various departments and have hands on experience in at least one of the areas such as Deal Origination, Trading & Settlement, Docs management, Processing & Loan ControlsCandidate should have the clear understanding of ‘Delayed Compensation’ and ‘Cost of Carry’ if trading is not completed within Loan Market Association guidelinesInnovative thinking approach, Positive/Willing to learn attitude, Eye for detail, identify process improvement opportunities and execution, and always ready to take additional responsibilitiesBachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Finance,



Accounting or Economics combined with at least 4-5 years’ financial industry experience.
