You have found the right team.As a Assets Management Legal Entity Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and contribute to regulatory reporting requirements. If you are passionate about accounting and control processes and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.Job Responsibilities:Lead the month-end close process, including legal entity accounting and control, parent/child accounting, and equity pick-up and month end reporting (local and regulatory reporting)Conduct month-end analytical reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and prepare various reports.Investigate and resolve issues, responding to ad-hoc queries.Assist in intercompany reconciliation,



general ledger reconciliation and monitor compliance with Legal Entity Control Standards.Participate in firmwide initiatives/projects and process improvement efforts.Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Chartered Accountant with 4+ years’ experience or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience with 6+years of experienceExperience in accounting and control processes.Understanding of financial statement structures, US GAAP/IFRS or any local GAAP and Indian Regulatory reportingExperience with SAP, MS Office suite, and/or data and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python).Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regionsComfortable with reporting cycles and strict deadlinesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Chartered Accountant with 4+ years’ experienceExperience in ControllershipGood analytical and communication skillsFlexible to work under different shifts
