- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)
- Understanding of containers and Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with ITSM and SLA-based support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skillsGood to Have
- Understanding of SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets
- Chaos Engineering exposure
- Infrastructure or application administration experience
- SRE certificationKey Responsibilities1. Monitor, troubleshoot,



and resolve incidents related to system availability and performance.2. Implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations and improve system reliability.3. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of recent features or services.4. Design and implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues.5. Participate in on call rotation to provide support during off-peak hours and weekends.Skill Requirements1. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as python, java, or bash.2. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like aws, azure, or google cloud.3. Experience with containerization technologies such as docker and kubernetes.4. Familiarity with monitoring tools like prometheus, grafana, or elk stack.5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.6.
