Job Title : Senior Sales Executive (B2C)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (B2C) to join our team! If you excel at building relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and crushing targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibility:

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through calls, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable product or service solutions.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service delivery experience.




- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to spot new business openings.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

What We're Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Core Skills: Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems (a big plus!).
- Mindset: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Preferred: Experience in B2C sales, SaaS, or product sales, alongside the ability to manage multiple clients and pipelines seamlessly. Flexibility to handle additional tasks when required is also appreciated.
