Android Audio Framework Engineer

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and debug Android Audio Framework components.
- Work on AOSP-based Android audio solutions and platform-level features.
- Analyze and troubleshoot audio-related issues across Java Framework, Native Framework, and HAL layers.
- Modify and extend Android Framework and native audio components based on product requirements.
- Debug audio routing, audio focus, audio policy, playback, recording, and audio device-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code using Git / Gerrit.
- Analyze system logs, traces, bug reports, and dumpsys output to resolve complex platform issues.
